Chassis:
All STS Fun train models are built up conventional
chassis of Suzuki Jimny, Mercedes G Nissan Patrol, Iveco Massiv and Land Rover.
These ensure the customer that all Services can carried out in a
Suzuki, Mercedes, Nissan or Land Rover garage in the immediate vicinity.

Locomotive:
The locomotive consists of 20
plastic parts which can be changed when required (damage) without any
problems. The driver’s cab has one lockable door, on each side. The driver’s
cab can be equipped with one or two seats. A glazing with security glass in
the driver’s cab which also can be opened, ensure every day's business by
all weathers. The locomotive can be equipped with a heating system and
air-condition. In the locomotive is the original multifunctional display of
Mercedes, Suzuki or Nissan and all important switches are close to the
steering wheel. |

Electric system:
All models have a 12 Volt electric system and the
locomotive is providing the coaches with electricity.
Suzuki
brakes:
All Suzuki models have disc brakes on the front axle and
drum brakes on the rear axle. On request we can equip the models with the
anti-lock braking system and 4x4 all-wheel drive.
Mercedes brakes:
All Mercedes models have as standard equipment the
anti-lock braking system and permanent all-wheel drive.
The locomotive has a hydraulic brake
system with air support from WABCO and a special system witch regulate
the braking performance of the coaches.
Nissan / Land
Rover brakes:
All Nissan and Land Rover models have disc brakes
on the front and rear axle.
Power-Assisted Steering:
Suzuki, Mercedes, Nissan and Land Rover have as standard
equipment a power-assisted steering also when the engine is turned off the
steering is working perfectly.
Coupling gear and spare wheel:
The locomotive is equipped with a ROCKINGER trailer
coupling.
Both spare wheel and jack are on the
right side of the engine compartment.

Loudspeaker
system:
On request can
be installed a loudspeaker system with two loudspeakers in each coach.
In addition to that this system has 4 different railway-sounds witch can
be heard in front of the train like a horn.
Furthermore is included a microphone to give an announcement to the
passengers.

Bilingual CD-information system
This system can be used for explaining
directions and for explaining the sights on the route especially for
tourists.
As you see on the second photo is the
system working with a CD so that in the first coach you here the English
information and in the second coach you can hear the German information.
This system can only work in combination with the loudspeaker system.

**Detailed information of the coaches**
Chassis:
The coaches are a construction of steel, witch can be
treated with zinc on request.
|
Axles:
The coaches are equipped with KNOTT- axles which
are steered and have air-suspension. By all our coach models is the front axle
as well as the back axle steered.
This ensures a problem free road behavior also on
small and bendy streets.

Brakes:
The brake system of the coaches is actuated with a
hydraulic air support (WABCO).
Wheels:
The rim has the size 5,5j x 13 and the wheel size is
195/50xR13C with a maximum weight of 900 kg/wheel
|
Floor:
For the floor is used an aluminium channeled-sheet.
Seats:
Depending on the type of the coach we offer 5 or 7 seat rows
with 4 seats in each row facing the engine. The single seats consists of washable
plastic and are very comfortable.

Roof:
The roof inside is covered with plastic and is equipped with 5 lamps and 2
loudspeakers.
Emergency
switch:
In each coach are two
switchers to press which give a signal to the driver in the driver’s cab to stop
the train.
Safety
locks, safety chains
Depending on the model of the coach you have 5 or 7 doors which are equipped
with safety locks and safety chains.
Electric system:
The locomotive is providing the electric system with 12
Volt
Last seat row:
The last seat row can be used for the heating, as storage
space for the PVC cover or the spare wheel.

As extra equipment we offer a WEBASTO heating system for the coach which is

For bad-weather-days we offer a weatherproof PVC cover which has a zip one every
door to go in.

Closed
Coaches with PANORAMA GLAZING
Top modern is the new version of closed
coaches with panorama-glazing. With this glazing the passengers have an
unlimited range of vision. We use a special security glass were it is not
possible to scratch the glasses or to turn yellow. This version of coaches
is also suitable for winter and in summer the glasses can be taken off.

Ski Rack:
For our customers who are driving in ski areas we offer also ski racks where the
passengers can put their skis in during the trip.

Wheel chair ramp:
We offer wheel chair ramps for the coaches. Both doors of the row can be
opened. The ramp can work manual or pneumatically.
Please calculate that for 1 wheel chair place in the coach you lost 2 normal
seats.

Billboard on the coaches
The billboards are suitable for self-advertisement or you can offer advertising
space for other companies. The billboards were fixed on the roof on both sides
of the coaches. |

Billboard with lights:
On the billboards are colored lamps which are working especially in the dark to
attract everybody’s attention.
